- Non-Smoking Apartment: Smoking is only permitted on the balcony; please use the ash tray provided.

Use of the Apartment
- Please handle furniture and equipment with care.
- Use the kitchen, washing machine, and dishwasher according to instructions; clean appliances after use.
- Keep the balcony clean and do not hang any items over the railing.
- Please separate your waste (residual waste, paper, glass, organic) and dispose of it in the designated bins in the house or yard.
- Open flames, candles, or barbecuing on the balcony are not permitted.
Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
- In case of excessive dirt or mess, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees.
Damages & Loss
- Please report any damage or defects to the hosts immediately.
- We assume no liability for lost items.
- In case of gross damage, we reserve the right to claim compensation; minor wear and tear is normal.
Safety
- Close windows and doors securely when leaving the apartment.
- Keep keys safe; loss may incur replacement costs.
- In case of emergencies, please call the relevant emergency services and notify the hosts afterwards.
Check‑out
- Return the keys as agreed.
- Leave the apartment in a tidy condition (dishes washed, trash disposed of).
