House rules

General

• Maximum occupancy: 4 persons
• Non‑smoking: Smoking is not allowed inside; permitted on the balcony (please use an ashtray)
• Pets: Not allowed
• Quiet hours: Please observe quiet hours from 22:00 to 07:00

Use of the apartment

• Handle furniture and equipment with care.
• Use kitchen appliances, washing machine and dishwasher according to instructions and clean after use.
• Keep the balcony tidy and do not hang items over the railing.
• Separate waste (residual, paper, glass, organic) and dispose of it in the designated containers.
• Open flames, candles or grilling on the balcony are not permitted.

Cleanliness & Hygiene

• Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition.
• We reserve the right to charge additional cleaning fees for excessive dirt.

Damage & Loss

• Please report damages or defects to the hosts immediately.
• We accept no liability for lost items.
• In case of serious damage we reserve the right to claim compensation; normal wear and tear is expected.

Safety

• Lock windows and doors when leaving the apartment.
• Keep keys safe; replacement costs may apply if keys are lost.
• In emergencies call the appropriate emergency services and inform the hosts afterwards.

Check‑out

• Return keys as agreed.
• Leave the apartment in a tidy state (dishes washed, rubbish disposed).
• Check‑out: by 11:00 AM.
